If you don’t know exactly the outcome of what you want done and this does not mean you have to know all the technical details about how to do what you want done, but you must know what you want, otherwise it falls into the realm of business process consulting. For which we have different pricing model. If we find that this is the case we will let you, so no surprises. If we need to do any coding or programming or code testing related tasks then we do this under a development agreement which is another pricing model.
